HIGHLIGHTS

TURNAROUNDS: As the President of a mid-market company, my team and I targeted rebranding, marketing, the sales process, operations, and technology. The results: revenue + 190%, EBITDA + 400% over a three-year period. The net promoter score jumped from 28 to 72.

OPERATIONS: As COO/interim CTO in a turnaround scenario, I assembled a team to revamp operations and technology for an exit strategy, improving customer service by automating 5,000 monthly inquiries handled in Outlook, implementing the Salesforce Service Cloud, achieving a 60% efficiency boost.

SaaS Projects:  Turned around the development of a SaaS platform, a key B2B strategic initiative, creating a $15M pipeline. In a separate project, managed the rebuild and launch of the U.S. government's global military fuel procurement platform.
