My work is to find where that alignment broke, rebuild the operating system around it, and convert the recovered capacity into durable, compounding value a sponsor can underwrite.

About
I’m an operating executive whose career has crossed founder led, venture backed, private equity backed and large enterprise environments. My work has ranged from turnarounds and growth to technology recovery, customer operations and new product development. More recently, I’ve focused on applying AI to real operating problems, translating business questions into products, systems and workflows that can actually be used.
My background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Juris Doctor, complemented by applied study in AI. That includes a six month Purdue Applied Generative AI program, where I built a business intelligence reporting tool, and MIT Sloan coursework focused on AI and its implications for business.
